1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using SplitNOW ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

SplitNOW is a digital asset clearinghouse that aggregates liquidity from instant cryptocurrency exchanges and enables users to exchange cryptocurrencies OTC (over-the-counter) across multiple wallets simultaneously. The service processes and transfers user coins through automated, fail-safe systems with bank-grade fault tolerance.

3. User Eligibility

To use SplitNOW, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Not be a citizen, resident, or located in any restricted region.
• Not be subject to economic or trade sanctions.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Restricted Regions

SplitNOW is not available to users located in, citizens of, or residents of the following countries and territories:

By using SplitNOW, you represent and warrant that you are not located in, a citizen of, or a resident of any of the above jurisdictions.

5. Service Usage

5.1 Order Processing

All orders are processed automatically through our secure systems. Orders may be halted or delayed due to technical issues or third-party provider limitations.

5.2 Refunds

In rare cases where orders cannot be completed, users are encouraged to contact support via the Support Widget and relay a refund address of choice. Alternatively, users can request a refund via support@splitnow.io

5.3 Fees

SplitNOW charges a maximum 1.00% (100 bps) service fee for processing multi-leg orders. Some network fees to blockchain miners may be incurred by users. Fees incurred by users beyond that are paid to each respective underlying partner exchange. Service fees may be lower for indivudual users, such as users who unlock a VIP status on their account.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purposes.
• Attempt to circumvent security measures.
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the service.
• Violate whatever laws are applicable.

7. Risk Disclosure

Cryptocurrency transactions carry inherent risks including, but not limited to:

• Price volatility.
• Network congestion and delays.
• Smart contract vulnerabilities.
• Technical failures.

You acknowledge and accept these risks when using SplitNOW.

8. Privacy and Data

SplitNOW collects minimal personal information necessary for service provision. We use only essential cookies for referral tracking and support purposes. No marketing cookies are used. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials on SplitNOW are owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

10. Disclaimers

SplitNOW provides the service "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation. We are not responsible for losses resulting from:

• Market volatility.
• Third-party service interruptions.
• User error.
• Force majeure events.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SplitNOW's liability is limited to the amount of fees paid for the specific transaction in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold SplitNOW harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease, but completed transactions remain valid.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by international law principles promoting compliance with global regulatory standards.

15. Changes to Terms

SplitNOW reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
